Day 04: Fly to Juphal then mountain bike to Dunai (2345m, 2 hrs, 100% ride able) o/n in camp,

Day 05: Mountainbike and trek to Chepka (, 2838m, 4/5 hrs, 20% ride able) o/n in camp,

Day 06: Mountainbike and trek to Polam (3397m, 5/6 hrs, 10% ride able) o/n in camp,

Day 07: Mountainbike and trek to Phoksundo (3982m, 5/6 hrs, 5%ride able) o/n in camp,

Day 08: Mountainbike and trek to Baga La Base Camp (4465m, 5/6hrs, 25% ride able) o/n in camp,

Wir nehmen den Bus zurück nach Kathmandu und nach einen Ruhetag werden wir die Kathmandu Valley durchqueren auf der suche nach unentdeckte Single Tracks !!!

Day 21: Drive back to Kathmandu , o/n in a hotel,

Day 22: Mountainbike to Kakani (40km.1900m, 3/4 hrs, 100% ride-able) o/n  in guesthouse,

Day 23: Mountainbike to Mulkharka (55km, 1760m 4/5 hrs, 100% ride able) o/n in guesthouse,

Day 24: Mountainbike to Chisapani (24km, 2100m, 100% ride able, 5/6hrs) o/n in a hotel,

Day 25: Mountainbike to Nagarkot (38km, 1800m, 100% ride able, 6/7 hrs) o/n in a hotel,

Day 26: Mountainbike to Kathmandu via Bhaktapur (36km, 1340m, 100%ride able, 4/5hrs) o/n in a hotel,

Day 27: Free day in Kathmandu o/n in a hotel,

Day 28: Transfer to the airport for onward flight to Europe.
